as a separate product from our non-reserve land evaluations.
We recommend a full audit on a regular basis to protect the integrity
of your land database. It is also perfect for identifying and rectifying
issues resulting from data dumps, acquisitions, to clean up old
records, or to bring older records up to date with current data
entry procedures.
Our audit will identify issues such as:

a file contains a producing well, but acreage is identified as
non-producing
